Vendors- How do I send freight Shipments to Main Line Supply?

Vendors and Suppliers needing to send freight shipments inbound to Main Line Supply should always so with the following instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance please email mlsfreight@mainlinesupply.com

Shipments Less than 100LBS

Heavy/Bulky Shipments (over 100LBS)

Over-Length Shipments (Over 13ft)

-Please Ship: UPS COLLECT
Shipping to Dayton: 469-023
Shipping to Cincinnati: 549E76

Shipping to Lima: 98Y34V

-Packages must weigh less than 50LBS not equal to.

-Main Line Supply's PO#, Sales Order#, or Work Order# must be referenced in shipment reference number fields.

- All shipments over $100 in value must be insured with the actual cost entered.

Any shipments that are too heavy or bulky for UPS, but not over 13ft of length should be shipped LTL via WorldWide Express.

-Request a shipment by:

-Email: mainlinesupply@wwex.com
-Be sure to include Acct #W426188742, Type/# of Units, Our PO, SO, or W0#, Weights/Dims, Class, and NMFC codes.

Any shipment that is over 13FT of length should be shipped directly with ABF/ARC Freight.

-To Create a shipment visit: https://arcb.com/tools/bill-of-lading.html
-Choose "Collect to Consignee" as payment terms.

- Be sure to choose to schedule a pickup upon completion.
