How can I track my shipments from Main Line Supply?

Great question! We are asked quite often how to track our LTL shipments with the Bill of Lading or PRO# provided on our invoice.

Parcel (Small Package) Shipments:

1. If you requested the shipment, be sent collect/third party we will use whatever carrier you provide and tracking information will be subject to your relationship with that carrier directly.

2. If you requested, we prepaid & add (or we are covering the shipping cost) then the shipment will be sent UPS even internationally in most cases.

3. All tracking or referenceable information we have available should be listed as the first comment on the line-item section of your Main Line Supply Invoice.

FedEx- https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
DHL- https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html

LTL Shipments (Less than 12ft length)

1. If you requested the shipment, be sent collect/third party we will use whatever carrier you provide and tracking information will be subject to your relationship with that carrier directly.

2.   If you requested, we prepaid & add (or we are covering the shipping cost) then the shipment will be sent via Worldwide Express unless it's over 12ft of length. Tracking available at: track.speedship.com 

3. All tracking or referenceable information we have available should be listed as the first comment on the line-item section of your Main Line Supply Invoice. 

LTL Shipments (Over 12ft of Length)

1. If you requested the shipment, be sent collect/third party we will use whatever carrier you provide and tracking information will be subject to your relationship with that carrier directly.

2.   If you requested, we prepaid & add (or we are covering the shipping cost) then the shipment will be sent via ARC Best Freight (ABF) in most cases. Tracking available at: https://view.arcb.com/nlo/tools/tracking

3. All tracking or referenceable information we have available should be listed as the first comment on the line-item section of your Main Line Supply Invoice.

Tracking WorldWide Express Shipments:

Navigate to track.speedship.com 

You can enter the Bill of Lading (BOL), Pro#, or Reference number from the bill of lading in the search box and press TRACK.

Review the tracking details and you can click "Share Update" to email a link to the tracking to someone else.
